2024-2025 CECHS School Improvement Plan

Caldwell County Schools uses the school improvement planning tool, NCStar, which allows the School Improvement Team to assess research-based indicators related to school improvement and to develop a school improvement plan aligned with these indicators. NCStar features components which allow teams to leverage attainable goals and track progress to ensure that school improvement is a reflective, continuous process. Caldwell Early College High School has adopted NC Star as a planning and tracking tool, and the school improvement plan is developed based upon identified indicators.

As elected by CECHS, all CECHS staff members will serve on the School Leadership Team for the 2024-2025 school year. The School Improvement Team parent representative is Kelly Heavner. The Process Manager, who updates meeting minutes and confirms when goals have been achieved, is Jessica Sutton, Teacher Support Specialist.  School staff team members are:

School Improvement Meetings for the 2024-2025 school year are scheduled as follows.  All School Improvement Team meetings are held at 3:00pm in the CECHS Cafeteria.
