Important Information for Rising 12th Grade Students
Students entering 12th grade are required to have a booster dose of meningococcal conjugate vaccine, if they have not already had one. An up-to-date immunization record is due by the first day of school. Please contact your healthcare provider or local health department this summer if your child needs this vaccine.
